Welcome to The DarkSide, an online serial published on a weekly basis. We post new episodes every weekend. The DarkSide is written by a husband and wife team, Steve and Alice, that share a love for telling stories. We enjoy our time spent crafting this tale and hope those who stop by like it as much.

The DarkSide is a mystery/adventure story focused on two central characters. Detective Reed Hackman is working to make New Orleans a safer place to live. Maggie Drake is just trying to find a way to live her life in peace. When their lives intersect, they both discover new things about themselves, and dangerous revelations about an old city and its darker inhabitants.
